As part of the Working for Health 2030 (W4H-2030) programme, NHS England (NHSE) and the World Health Organization (WHO) are working in collaboration to run four open access seminars. These quarterly seminars will consist of panel discussions attended by international thought leaders in workforce strengthening. They will:
- Highlight key theoretical and technical knowledge required to develop effective workforce plans for a modern health care system to thrive.
- Demonstrate how systems and organisations need to develop to enable the development of workforce plans and act.
- Provide insights into how individuals and teams can exercise influence through workforce planning and transformation practices
- Be informed by practical experience.
The online seminars are open for all to attend and all content will be live streamed online with open access, including questions and audience interaction. Content will be made freely available following the event.
Seminars will be 1-2 hours long, including up to five keynote speakers with UK and international healthcare systems expertise.
