What people say about NHS Global Fellowships
“It gave me experience in complex problem-solving & navigating difficult discussions with diverse individuals & teams to sensitively & systematically challenge current ways of thinking & working“
“I have recently taken over as the executive partner in my GP surgery & I feel I owe my ability to take on a role like this to my involvement in the Fellowship programme“
“It’s been an amazing experience to have all the different groups of volunteers with us. We learnt a lot from them and gained even more. We appreciated the strategy and methods they used to share information with us.“
“It’s been an amazing journey with a partnership that started ….more than 10 years ago and has since developed into a mature relationship between two health systems with tremendous benefits for both NHS and SA Health system and of course the fellows themselves. The global health partnership has undoubtedly been one of the highlights of my nearly 13 years as CEO at George Hospital and flagship programme that is admired by those looking from the outside. The fellows themselves have been the most amazing group of (largely self) selected health care workers, who have inspired so many of us who have had the absolute privilege of working alongside them.“
