International Health Group

NHS England currently leads the NHS International Health Group, a quarterly gathering which brings together a range of the United Kingdom’s NHS organisations including ALBs, individual trusts and providers, the UK’s devolved administrations and Royal Colleges, and diaspora groups, among others, with an interest in global health.

The main objectives of this meeting are:

  • To raise awareness of current health sector activity in international development
  • To promote effective health sector involvement in international development
  • To support the continued development and use of the framework for voluntary engagement in global health by the UK health sector
