For our partners, access to the NHS leaders, technical experts and frontline workers provide experience and technical support to strengthening their own healthcare systems, institutions, and people.
A key area of our activity is to provide Technical Collaboration & Consultancy Service focused on the health workforce, and education and training.

We facilitate system-to-system Human Resources for Health (HRH) capability-building partnerships.
We support global partners and the NHS through health systems strengthening to expand UHC.
We provide unique access to NHS HRH
expertise, covering:
- System-to-system knowledge exchange
- In-depth strategic analysis and advice
- Long-term implementation support for programmes
Our programmes run across a continuum, each product creating a deeper partnership. All international technical collaborations are provided on a fee-for-service basis.
