Primary Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent medical qualification)
Initial application
Eligibility 
Applicants must have demonstrable skills in written and spoken English, adequate to enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues in line with the General Medical Council requirements dated within the last two years, currently  
acceptable International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or  
Occupational English Test (OET) certificate  
 
Applicants must provide certificate(s) of good standing from countries they have practised medicine in during the last five years

Clinical Benchmarking During UHB’s induction programme. Exact requirements will vary by chosen specialty but may include: 
o Self assessment / portfolio development
o Written questions 
o Multi Specialty Recruitment Assessment (MSRA) – computer based test 
o Online interview
